BAD customer service. Have you ever tried to get an answer to a common problem that is not listed as a common problem on one of Google's Troubleshooting pages? Have you ever tried to get assistance from Google for your business, AFTER you've handed over some money to them? Have you ever tried to get anything resolved about any kind of Google problem? If you have, you know that Google does not provide ANY KIND of customer service at all. ATROCIOUSLY BAD customer service.
