Sells your data everywhere, but is clear about it in Terms and Service. What is less acceptable is Google is run by racists: in Google Maps, they have options for "Women Owned" and "Black Owned" businesses, but not "Men Owned" or "White Owned" businesses. For that, it loses 1 star.
