So I purchased 3 sets of of 18650's (6 total) and after a month I started to wonder where this package was. After another week passed I contacted the site. (Over the next 4 months I would send them over a dozen emails, with maybe 3 replies with weeks in between replies)
It took them nearly 30 days to respond and their response was the package was lost in transit. So I asked them what they were going to do about it and they said they would send me out another order free of charge. After 3 months of waiting total, I still had not received any batteries. So I contacted the site over and over for the following weeks with no response at all. Then I started to talk about the BB and fraud, immediately I got a response saying that my order has been refunded and sorry for all the confusion. My question is where was the confusion? Simple transaction to buy the product your website is named after and you can't even get me the batteries? You won't see me again. I am an online shopper with 15 years experience dealing with sites and this goes down as one of the worst for me.
My logical conclusion was that this may be a scam/scam-ish site and I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to shop here.
