Took $85 dollars for a yearly plan I cancelled before the trial.
Customer service suddenly disappears after the transaction was complete. Now, I can't get in touch with any one.
No number to call just emails which leads to no responses.

I woke up to an email saying I was part of a group and had all these notifications. Someone signed me up without my authorization and now I cannot delete this account. To make matters worse, you cannot contact them because that results in an "email send failure"... smells like Phishing to me!

Site is slow and unreliable. I had a site there - have been trying to have it deleted for 4 months. Says you have to write to them. I've written 5 times and they won't remove my site, and I keep getting invites from other groups even after changing my email preferences. Avoid this site - Use Yahoo or Google Groups insead
