Is guns.com Safe?

Pray nothing goes wrong because they won’t fix it… I recently had problems with ordering magazines for a LCP Max. After a few weeks of waiting I requested that the order be canceled and I receive a refund as the order had not shipped yet. They claimed that it had and to give another 48 hours. Nothing changed after 3 days and I requested a refund again. They opened a package claim. I followed up two weeks later via phone and left a voicemail. I never received a call back. Instead they emailed me that I was going to get a refund. A week after that, they said they cannot give me a refund because the package was shipped. When I asked for tracking information they said they didn't have it. I don't believe this package will ever arrive. I expect some response to this review from guns.com telling me "You can always call us" well i did weeks ago, you never called me back and calling you didn't help at all. They gave me a $25 gift card but I don't want it after all this and it doesn't cover my financial cost of the order. I'll never use them again.
