Is highstermobile.com Safe?

The refund policy is as good as none。I paid full to use and less than 3 hours later, I nothiced not all functions were available as user will be required to root their device to use the full function. No trial period as well. They will not do goodwill refund as what they said. Furthermore, their customer service is lousy. Scammer. A check at ***** and you will know this company is full of complaints. You have to activate the apps in order to try it out but the moment you activate it, you are not eligible for a refund. That is why it is a scam. I asked for refund less than 3 hours of trying it out and it was rejected. Please see the refund policy below. *****
