They have the broadest offering and delivered me the next day. Received a nice gift and handwritten note. I made a payment mistake and Janny (Hobbygigant) helped me by phone to solve it. Very kind service. Will order all my knitting from them.

Good service, ordered on Friday, delivered on Saturday. Reveived a personal letter included and a free gift to celebrate my first order. Payments by moneytransfer and the Dutch iDeal payment system.

I ordered, paid immediately online and hoped my order would arrive, as promised on the website, within 3 days. It didn't. I didn't get any reaction either. After a day or 5 I send an email through their website. Didn't get any answer. Send two more the days after, no reaction either. Then I send another email through another address through regular mail. No answer either. Then I decided to call them. My order wasn't send yet because an article wasn't in stock. They promised to send it off immediately and send the missing article another time. The order was received the day after though the articles were not what was promised on the website. Bad communication. You cannot rely on your order to go through. Everything has to be in stock before they ship it to you, despite their promiss to ship within 3 days!
