Not sure what is with the negative rating, but my experience with ***** has been very good. I purchased 2 whisper quiet heaters in November '08 to stave off the Minnesota cold and horrifying natural gas prices and they were delivered promptly and I had no issues with my privacy nor any trust issues. I came in tonight to research some window fans to help my AC bill. Decided to check on the rating .. just to see as this WOT thing is new to me .. and once again found a negative review on a site. Not sure how this happens when there is no feedback to support this negative rating at all. Strange. But in my opinion, this site is good and you should feel free to purchase form them with no fear.
