Online shop selling refurbished, returned, damaged or incomplete products. Can be probably trusted to some extent but don't expect to get good+fast+cheap (more likely cheap and if you are lucky also fast). Generally no problem with goods return.

Often offers good products at competitive prices, altough production of these products may have been discontinued (which explains the pricing).
Delivery of bought goods may take months.
Customer service is acceptable but not likely to admit to any mistakes on their part.

Oferty sprzetu mulitimedia,nowoczesne technologie w dobrych cenach.Nalezy jednak dokładnei wszytsko przeczytac,bądź spytac na forum.Sprzęt nowy ,na gwarancji.Codziennie nowa oferta.Jednak najlepiej,a własciwie obowiązkowo zajzec na forum i przejrzec strone.Są rózne opinie.Nie jest to kant,lecz sklep,towar zawsze dochodzi,czasem długo trzeba czekać.do kupna zaczęca b.szeroki asortyment i 2-3 razy niższe ceny,a czasem więcej.

Furchtbarer WebShop - die Angaben zu den den verkauften Produkten sind tw. fehlerhaft, werden vom Shop selber als fehlerhaft deklariert - aber es wird weiterhin das falsche Produkt angepriesen. Voll daneben der Shop. NIE WIEDER.

I bought a Epson printer during one of the iBood hunts. After waiting for 3 weeks I called the customer service asking where my product was. Nobody knew and they couldn't help me because it was very busy in the ordering lines. Only after asking if they could find my product through my order number they could help me.
In short;
- Customer service is downright retarded
- Extremely long delivery time
- No information on the whereabouts of your ordered product
- Very poor After-sales
- Wirklich keine gutes Webshop

Die Preise auf der Seite sind in den meisten Fällen echt spitze, jedoch sind die Lieferzeiten echt extrem lange.

Wenn man eine Reklamation hat, wird man mit Versprechungen hingehalten,die dann am Ende nicht erfüllt werden.
