The ethical issue is this site sells a product using a stolen and cracked version of SlySoft's AnyDVD. Since this is patently criminal and illegal one can assume that trusting thieves is not wise. How they are able to sell this within the USA is a mystery to me anyway.

Beside on spamming, the software (converter) they provide do corrupt some of the codecs of one computer, after my pc and notebook install and unistall, rmvb etc cant open via Media Player Classic. When i checked it state i had removed that particular codec and the time of removed is excatly same as the time i uninstall this software (converter). Which this website didnt clarify such incident may occur when user install and uninstall their software (converter). As the result, i rated this website poor in term of "trustworthiness and vendor reliability".
