I got scammed by this outfit. I asked for a 50p address check (which never came through anyway) and got charged £29.90 every month on my credit card until I noticed what was happening. It is a scam. Don't touch it. Why they don't get closed down I don't know.

This company is a criminal organisation, they are scammers who provide information, for what they claim is a one off 50p charge, what they don't tell you is they then proceed to steal £29.99 out of your account every month, since this is done through Mastercard it wont show on your normal bank statement and may take a while before your realise what is going on. If you contact your bank they will issue you with a new card , however if you contact Mastercard they will tell you that they don't get involved in that sort of thing and to contact your bank, but they will quite happily give these scammers details of your new card if they should request them, which they probably will. On contacting info- record .com to request your money back, they will generally give you the runaround , it's what criminals do and this bunch seems to take great delight in it, First they will tell you that they have cancelled your subscription and will refund the £29.99 as YOU requested , then they will up it to £59.00(they managed to steal £120 from me) then there will be no refund but an email stating that the terms and conditions are clearly stated throughout , automatic subscription etc, (which they are not) and that YOU are getting Zilch. If you contact them again they are quite happy to go back to the "your subscription has been cancelled" this depends on if they think they can steal more money from your account, thanks to Mastercard seemingly being a willing partner or not, and also back to the £29.00 refund in 7 days BullSH*T. Safe yourself a lot of time and grief and avoid these petty criminals like the plague!!!!

They said I had not been charged as search failed but info record still still took 50 pence I thought that was very sneaky because the day after they tried to take £29 from my debit card.lucky for me my bank declined because it was an unauthorized attempt.I left a negative review on trust pilot but trust later told me my review of info record would be deleted unless I provide evidence. What nonsense info record can t not know what they are doing they tried to take 50 pence and the day after they tried to sneak £29 bfrom me so if trust pilot can remove my review what hope is there for honest reviews see trust pilot reviews on info record it's plastered with bad reviews over the scam
