4/5 When all works as expected it is a very smooth experiance. BUT when You need to talk with someone on make a refund, the process is terrible. I spent literally 56 minutes on the call center line

They say, they're sorry about 2 week delay of delivery, but, they do nothing about it. Very bad customer experience.
