I was unhappy with the high-heeled shoes from inweddingdress.com. It was ripped when I received it. Very poor quality. Had order another pair from hyshou se.com. Satisfied with their service and good quality
I ordered my wedding dress through them. It arrived promptly, looked very close to the picture and fit perfectly. Perhaps I was lucky, but I found them very easy to communicate with via email when I changed my mind about sizes/colors/shipping address. I'll post a picture of the dress on their site after the wedding this summer =)
Scrapping Website - Illegal, Stolen Trustmarks
- Site Using Fake or Fraudulent Trust Marks and Seals are key indicators of a Scam Site.
- Why trust a site that needs to Steal Trust Seals??? Where is the Trust coming from???
- Use these sites with caution, do not become their next victim.
- Fully read the "Warnings" and "Membership Terms and Conditions"
*-* Sites that do not subscribe to the Norton VeriSign, McAfee Secure, or other Trust/Secure services try to fool consumers/visitors by placing a stolen copy of the trustmark/seal on their website in order to give the appearance of "Trust" and "Security".
This practice is called “Scrapping.”
*~* Why would you trust a site that needs to knowingly Steal Trust Seals? Which of course sounds nothing like how a legitimate and reputable company would do business!

This site says they will ship to you from their factory in China.. HA! They are located in China! They won't list an address, phone number, no contact information other than an email address -- why do you think that is? To avoid prosecution perhaps? To avoid people reporting them, since there is only a website with no names or contact information?
This company is such a rip off! My best friend ordered her wedding dress custom made from inweddingdress.com and it was a disaster!
First they say that there are no returns on custom orders, but then reading further they say they will accept damages. But I've read about other's who were not allowed to return damaged items, or had to pay for shipping both ways. Also, if they make a mistake with sewing the dress to the exact size you gave them, and the sizing is way off, apparently it's not their fault, and you have to eat the cost. Which is what happened to my friend.
She was sent a dress that was custom sewn, and it arrived in a big envelope, not a box, just rolled up in an envelope. The dress came slightly damaged as well as sewn with the incorrect measurements so it didn't even fit. She sent them an email about the dress and they accused her of not measuring herself correctly and told her to take photos of her measuring. She did and when they got them they said the photos show the dress is the correct size, again accusing her of lying. She took the dress to a seamstress who confirmed that she measured herself correctly, since she got the exact same measurements, as well as confirming that the dress was not the measurements she sent them. The company was in the wrong, yet all they did was accuse her of lying and harass her, no apologies and she wasn't allowed to send the dress back because it was a custom order. She told them they had sewn it with the wrong measurements so it is their fault, but they only refused.
This company is in the wrong and force the customer to pay for their mistake. And this is not the only story out there on the web about inweddingdress.com, there are plenty more!
If you value your sanity before your wedding and don't want to deal with such a shady company that will stress you out... then avoid inweddingdress.com!
