My cousin wanted to book tickets kinda urgent. It did not accept her debit card on my account. So, I decided to create her own account, it took more than 12 hours for them to send me verification code to verify the account. and finally verification code didn't even work. So, I had to book it on my account. Very unfriendly user interface. Extremely slow website to work on.
