Caution: potentially malicious links created by third parties.
This is a link-shortening service that can be used by anyone, including criminals who may favor it due to lack of monitoring. It offers a simple abuse reporting feature; but it should make a lot more effort to self-monitor.
Always use a link-expansion service - such as getlinkinfo.com or wheregoes.com - to verify the final landing page *before* you click any short-link created at any such service.
This website allows to host other websites, which can be used for phishing or other illegal activities. The recent case is is.gd/R1Jfnc which is a phishing website. If any site allows that, and there is no way of checking that, then there is something very wrong with the original web site. I don't understand how many people can give it a good rating.

Stop being an ignoramus that lacks the ability to distinguish between true spam sites and useful tools which simply do the job. You don't blame a knife for killing people; instead, you blame the one who is carrying the knife and uses it to do harm.
