I manage an abuse desk for a small ISP and had unwanted mail coming from an ISPrime customer. We contacted ISPrime and they initially were helpful but quickly changed to not wanting to provide any information to resolve the issue. They were in violation of Arin rules in not disclosing properly the customer that held a large number of ip's. Now that company has engaged in an argument over the issue. Bottom line is, UCE comes from their network and instead of dealing with it they argue about it and with-hold 'public" information.
