offers a way to retrieve stored wifi passwords on Windows machines. Only after installing their "Genius" software does it mention that it is trial software that will only retrieve Installed passwords 3 characters in length or less. This is bait-ware, and worthless in it's trial version.

I ordered the software for my Mac, but learned afterwards that it doesn't work on Macs. Asked for my money back immediately, but the company wouldn't refund me. Their customer service is horrible!

put a virus on my computer. trial product seemed to work but the actual product did not work at all. waste of money. they do not honor their money back guarantee either.

No company information (address, tax ID,...) on the site. I distrust software vendors when they hide where they come from. I tested the buying process but no business information anywhere.

Norton AV saved me from potentially getting a virus. Before I clicked the link, I noticed it had flagged the site with a warning icon, so I clicked the icon to see why. The report said it had a direct link to a virus on the site. Be careful!

Product (key codes) do not get delivered at all though. I waited 48 hours for a key that was suppose to be emailed to me immediately (yes the email address i entered was correct), it never appeared.
