Definitely spam. I have tried to unsubscribe multiple times which just causes more email to come. They clearly state that they 'rent' their email lists. Not sure how they got me email originally, but even blocking their domain in Outlook hasn't stopped the spam.

Multiple emails with references to whitepapers, unsolicited, tricky unsusbcribe. SPAM category. Use of tokens to track activity. No trust, no Sir. If I were one of their customers I would have a concern on the handling of my brand.
