I am totally mystified how this site gets a positive score. There must be some suspicious activity happening here. This site is awful. Dreadful customer service - when you complain they refuse to accept they have a problem and blame you. I had a paid account that backed-up my whole laptop. When my laptop crashed I needed to do a full restore. That is when I discovered that about 30% of the images on my laptop had never been backed up. They completely ignored my complaints. Fortunately I had them saved on an external hard drive. Stay away from this site.

I downloaded the software for this site after getting pop ups telling me I can get a free trail when trying to leave the site and 16 antivirus engines flagged it as being MyPCBackUP malware. I looked up ***** on WOT and found the following: The program was unfortunately enabled. After the free trial 'experience', I could not get rid of the pop up saying I got 25% discount, then 70% discount. I unsubscribed. Still could not get of pop up. Last night I got this weird email from them that said they had "sent me over 10 ems. I had not responded, so my "files would be deleted at midnight."!!!!?!? I, again, unsubscribed. This time they finally 'got it', however there was still a notice that my files would be deleted. Never trying another 'free' thing! "Here is an email I received from them after I sent in a help ticket indication that that my data was no longer backing up. This is their email in their own words: I am sorry to inform you that a temporary hold has been placed on your account which will prevent any further backup. Regrettably this is due to a breach of our terms and conditions and specifically our Fair Usage Policy. 14. Termination and Fair Use Policy If you have purchased a MPCB Product or Service that is inappropriate for your actual usage, MPCB may require you to switch to an appropriate MPCB Product or Service which may result in your having to pay MPCB additional fees for use of the appropriate product or to terminate your purchased MPCB Products or Services and refund, on a prorated basis, any fees paid you may have paid on the unused portion of your MPCB subscription. Malwarebytes list them as a PUP, Just cloud say they are not. Hitman Pro list them as malware and that I should remove them from my pc. They also claim that they use "mine" bitcoins. After confirming this with ***** they too said that I should remove them. I have decided to cancel my subscription with Just cloud.

Technical problems with the software not working that could not be fixed. rendering the service useless. Then canceled account. They continue to charge the bank even after disputes and repeated contacts. It is apparent they know they are billing after the service "or lack of it" is discontinued.

This company provides online backup. This means you upload all your personal information to it. As such, it's acting as a security company. But, if you read its contract, you'll find that it keeps the right to keep all the information that you upload to it forever. It will NOT delete it. They are reverse hackers. You send your information to them. They look at it and do what hackers do with it. They scam and act against you or your loved one with. Moreover, you can't get them to close your account. They will reply with non existent people. None of their staff are on linkedin or facebook or any other social media websites. They will activate fake Paypals charges. Of course Paypal will refund. Honestly this is an online backup service managed by hackers. Don't use it. Oh and their software may install backdoors into your pc. Kaspersky and Comodo use to detect them as trojans. And finally, many many of their reviews are faked or paid for (using a part of the money received from you as a customer). Just look at their facebook, any negative comments are immediately deleted. I am sure many of the high score found on this page are given by fake profiles.

These guys are professional scamsters/spammers. They hook you initially appearing to be a friendly cloud service, then send you mail after mail claiming you have your last chance to get the 25%, then 50%, 75% discounts. Then, if you haven't been caught yet - suddenly it's free - just for you! Next, you must refer friends. Gotta hand it to them, they even caught me out (not with money though). But it was when I received an email from them today that I knew for sure that JustCloud = shenanigans. The mail: "I hope you are enjoying your 1GB free online storage space. Our software detected that your computer hard drive has more than 1GB of data to backup so I'm worried that you might need to upgrade to a larger plan. It's important to have a full backup so in the event of a lost laptop, or hard drive crash you can just click "restore" and you know all files will be restored. .. if you use this link you will receive our biggest ever discount; http://www.justcloud.com/j/0xxxt157n_4xxxxxx7 If you have any problems let me know ASAP, before the link expires. Does not provide the service that they advertise, will not refund money for services not used. I accidentally upgraded my account and contacted immediately and they refuse to help me. Got random person on phone who could not provide me with customer service manager because they were "not in the office" Here is my response from them for their bad service plan: "I’m sorry to hear of your disappointment but we have had to follow our competitors and implement this charge in line with our fair usage policy due to an increasing number of users abusing our service. Users were never suppose to be allowed to backup network drives or external drives over 32GB as part of any home user plan, but we let users have this ability for free up until now. You may find our business plans better suit your needs. Again I’m sorry that we had to copy our competitors and make these changes but we believe this makes for a better service for the whole community." Would NOT recommend.

I opened a trial account and cancelled it the same day when I saw that it was not what I wanted. Months later I am still getting emails offering special upgrades to the account I do not have. It does no good to click unsubscribe, or write to customer service. The emails keep coming, addressing me as if I were an account holder. What a waste of time. I am very sorry I ever saw this website. Go elsewhere for cloud services.

You must create an account in order to get the specitics of what they offer. If you don't like what you see it is extremely difficult and time consuming to close your account. Even after it has supposedly been closed they continue to send you email offers addressing you as if you have an account. Find another cloud! This is a dishonest site!

JustCloud is an ABYSMAL service with unresponsive "support" and unethical business practices. I have posted my personal experiences in a review here: ***** - note that this company operates under a variety of other names, including Backup Genie, MyPCBackup, OnlineConsumerReport, Zip Cloud and NovaTech Cloud. Avoid this outfit like the plague.
