Is kobenba.com Safe?

kobenba.com is a counterfeit goods scam or fake web store from China selling copyright infringing items. Usually you get some low quality junk, or very often nothing, and they just steal your money. In many cases it's one way of getting to know your credit card details.

I placed two orders and was charged. I have never received the sneakers or a refund. Riccardo Bertoli the fake customer service person told me I would get a refund and now his email address is not valid. I have send dozens of emails with no response from the customer service link. Two months later NO sneakers NO refund. They did send me a fake routing number!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE SITE. THEY ARE LOCATED IN BEIJING AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ITEMS OR YOUR MONEY BACK!!. I reported them to the FBI internet scam department!!!!

We ordered Nike shoes for our nephew and when they shipped the shoes they were not the shoes we had ordered! The only way to communicate with a guy named Richardo is by email. They have NO number to reach them..... I have weeks of emails to proof they DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! I don't not recommend ANYONE using this company......we have tried to solve the issues with the shoes but they will not ship the correct shoes! They will take your money though!!!!! They want us to send them back the wrong shoes that I had checked and they are a knock off shoe - and want us to paid a $60 shipping fee! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS,!
