Pathetic customer service by Laam and its courier service provider. My order not delivered yet and its marked as delivered. Laam saud its delivered but not investigating my case.Neither Laam or Courier service taking care of this it has been 2 days I am chasing both companies. Laam please don't reply with general comments to send email on customer care I am contacting you by email and WhatsApp but invain, you guy even don't read my emails properly and reverting with reply items delivered.

Beware…They are scammers, liars, fraudsters. Don’t get impressed with the fancy pictures. They don’t ship anything for months. Emails are full of lies, they send you fake tracking numbers even & then say that the delivery was unsuccessful. I confirmed with DHL they said the tracking was generated and then canceled by them, they didn’t even pick any package from them. Not issuing me the refund, it’s been 4 months I ordered from them unfortunately. Never never order from them. They will rot in hell InshaAllah
