They made promises they knew could not be kept when I had paid over£500 a week and more ago for a laptop that was not fit for purpose. Delaying tactics and putting the onus on the customer was a common practice over a new but faulty laptop computer. Shameful behaviour!

Ordered a computer from here. Took 3 weeks longer to deliver, and when I got it, the laptop would not boot. They would not refund the money either. But after 7 weeks of contacting them, they finally refunded the money, do not use this website! -_-

in my experince the whoole buyitdirect batch of websites have bad customer service.
