They use bait and switch tactics. They tell you it's free and then as soon as you complete the wizard you need to enter your credit card to download your form. They give you 14 days free, which you don't need if you're downloading 1 form and then after that they wack you for $30+/mo. Their goal is for you to forget to cancel before 14 days so they can bill you an outrageous amount for no reason.
