This is making the rounds in an email that scares people into thinking their information is listed online for their Driver's License. It's nothing but a joke site that presents a picture of a monkey on a fake license. However, it does set numerous tracking cookies while it's "loading" the "search". If you get duped into using it make sure you run an adware removal program quickly.
This is a prank website, that pretends to allow you to view your driver's license online, then puts up an image with a baboon's face on it, with the caption: "Gotcha! You didn't really think you could view your driver's license online did you?" the information it requests – your name and general location, is used to put your name on the image of the baboon's driver's license.
It's a joke site. The first clue that it's a joke is where it says "all US states are required to adhere to the Driver's B.S. statute". The ads at the end? Just don't click them. Enjoy the prank and pass it along.
I agree with ghostbuck and smparadox's comment. This is a joke site making its rounds in an email on the internet that is intended to outrage and scare people until they go there and realize they're the butt of a prank. I thought it was funny.
