Erinnert mich sehr an Bank-"Berater" die für bestimmte Belaberungen mehr Provision kriegen. Wie "beraten" die dann wohl? Zweiter Kritikpunkt: bei Preisänderungen informieren die einen nicht von sich aus, sondern errechnen sich zum Stichtag der Änderung einfach einen bis dahin vermuteten Verbrauch. Andere Anbieter informieren einen, damit man an dem Tag den Zähler abliest und denen mitteilt. Dann würde die Preiserhöhung oder ggf. Senkung realistisch durchgeführt und abgerechnet.
