I like linkedin.com I feel it is the best website to find a job
for real if you need a job this is the one stop shop to find that job
but there are some downsides to this site
#1 you need many connections before the site really opens up to you,
I'd say 150 to 200 connections or more will really make the site open up to you.
#2 the site has ads but they don't get in the way of you finding a job.
#3 paying for the site. this website has pay options that make it a bit easier to find a job, I like the "job seeker" it cost more then "premium" but gives you more options/info.
.4 the site does have junk embedded into it like:
Google Analytics, Google Website Optimizer, NetRatings SiteCensus, Quantcast, ScoreCard Research Beacon. Just block it with an ad blocker & make sure it will block things in https
