Ce site est connu pour exploiter les listes de contact de tous ceux qui s'inscrivent et exploiter ces listes en envoyant des "invitations" à leur insu. Ces invitations sont en fait des spams car elles sont répétées. Il faut aussi noter que les personnes peu averties peuvent s'inscrire avec leur adresse mail comme nom d'utilisateur et peuvent par ignorance croire que le mot de passe demandé est celui de leur messagerie. J'ai pour ma part souscrit un abonnement annuel à mon insu d'environ 20€ par mois (après avoir payé un service de recherche) . Je reconnais ne pas avoir été prudent, mais tout est fait pour que les personnes peu prudentes ou na¨ves puissent tomber dans le piège.

Once I really dove in to LinkedIn and started utilizing everything it had to offer, I realized it wasn't just another social site. Job postings, my profile has my whole resume, professional groups to meet others in my field, and so much more. This has opened a lot of doors for me.

Я так понял, что это какая то спаммерская социальная сеть, построенная на том, что действующие участники за какие то обещанные "пряники" завлекают новых лошков. Никогда не заходил на этот сайт и не знаком с людьми оттуда, тем не менее постоянно получаю спам с инвайтами от каких то людей. Считаю, что это лохотрон чистой воды.

It's a good website to connect with other professionals and find more job opportunities. Although I don't use it often, it still keeps me updated about others in my circles.
