Is liquidation.com Safe?

I used to work for this company a little more than a year ago. They have bad customer service, do not care about the quality of their product, and will treat the customers like idiots even when the evidence is right in front of them. The items are always missing parts or are defective and when you return and item to the company, you have to pay for the shipping until it is received. You only get your money back if they decide that your claim is valid, which rarely happens because they want to only give you a partial refund.

This site has bad reviews on EBAY reviews. This is what they say: ***** has no method for determining the credibility of their sellers (i.e. such as eBays feedback system). I have purchased about half a dozen lots of computer equipment from them and have had disputes for almost every one of them. You should be advised that ***** will only honor a dispute if there is a "gross misrepresentation" of the item.
