I think it's a good site.
Every file sharing website is going to get blamed for malware distribution at some point in time.
As with every website though you need to be careful using localhostr because some people abuse it by distributing malware.

Just because people are using it to distribute malware doesn't mean it's a bad site! It's a filehosting site just like rapidshare or megaupload... If someone uploads malware and shares the link, no one's going to stop them.
