Google maps is great to find your way around, however, on my smartphone is will simply not work unless I share my personal data....the option cannot be turned off! That is very poor and very disappointing!

Extremely useful for planning travels and holidays, but leaves no privacy to people, especially those photographed by Google StreetView service. Still the site creates no further privacy problems for the user.
