Mcafee tech support is absolutely amazing. I have done remote support with many techs but this went so much farther and worked faster than any I have ever used. He cured my printer and router issue, then cleaned up 40,000 error messages, deleted old files and cleaned up my whole system!

I received excellent service from an expert in technical support, professional, very patient with me and very informative !!! Strongly recommend this service to everyone. The technician explains exactly what he is doing as and how long it will take! I am kept informed of the expiry date of my plan and the assistance to renew it if necessary. Thank you!!

Unfortunately my McAfee product was not working. It hadn't been working for about 1 month when I decided to give them a call to see if they could sort it. i had a technician take charge of my computer for over an hour and the issue was solved. great service.

I was facing issues in installing Mcafee lifesafe, so I contacted mcafee. Then I received a telephone number to finalise the refund. I was directed to an American operator who was very friendly and focussed on making sure I was getting what I wanted. He managed to install and activate Mcafee on my desktop, he talked me through the setup and answered any of my last questions. I am so pleased with the service I received that I just had to write a glowing review. I really wish I had asked their names so I could fully credit them but I suppose this will have to do. Again, thank you to the excellent Mcafee service team!
