No, I did not DL something infected etc, when I click on "Download", I web page opens and Avast warns me of a trojan horse, this is highly annoying, and I think, a result of not caring who you let advertise on your domain.

Not so excellent no more. They started to remove a lot of stuff. I dunno why. Hopefully not because of announced juristic copyright violation lamentations.

Best file sharing website I've ever used. Although I don't use it for uploading my files (I use Dropbox for that), downloading from this site is fantastic. It's not like other websites where you have to enter a captcha and then wait 30 seconds only for your file to download painfully slow because you didn't give them money. All you need to do is find your download link, press download, and voila. Your file begins downloading. And quickly, too! This site doesn't slow down your downloads just to get you to give them money. I downloaded a very large file and it only took 8 minutes max. Clearly Mediafire cares about their customers, even the ones who don't have money for a Pro account.
