This is a great secure tool for healthcare professionals to stay in contact with their patients. It's also great that you can use txts to discuss patients medical history and problems and remain HIPAA compliant. Its been very useful in communicating with various medical practices.

I have been using this site as our answering service for nearly three years. We saved a ton of money and got a great product. They have lots new features which have been passed on to us without an extra charge. They have always responded to us as fellow professionals - courteous and respectful. I am surprised by the negative (inappropriate?) comment I saw below. Definitely not my experience.

The domain is registered to South Mountain Advanced Surgical Associates, which shares a suite location and fax number with Obesity Treatment Centers of New Jersey, H. Stephen Fletcher, MD, Michael Jay Nussbaum, MD, and Sweta G Dalsania, PA-C. (The full address information was only recently made anonymous in the whois information. You've got to try harder than that to hide your identities if you're planning to go to the Dark Side in internet marketing, doctors.)
