Ist members.webs.com sicher?

I have been with Webs for years, both as a free host and now as a paying premium customer and have nothing but good to say about them. My experience has been nothing but positive. Excellent source for beginners with little or no webmaster experience as well as for those knowledgeable in HTML and design. Webs is simply the best.

My friends told me that Webs would offer convenient, easy-to-mange website hosting, but I soon disagreed. The website layout is confusingly complex and inefficient. If you're looking for something specific, you end up going on a wild goose chase, often in circles, through the menu links. There are "multiple methods" to change your account settings, so changing your account information in one section of the site won't update it throughout. Sometimes the changes you make and confirm through e-mail get reset anyways. Furthermore, little customer support is offered, the help database is questionable, and the site doesn't offer security measures for when e-mail addresses, passwords, and usernames are changed; hacking seems highly possible under these conditions, and it's unlikely that much help would be offered in such a situation.

***** is awesome they have great site editing tools and even have a free version. I made my first website with ***** and I will always stick with them. I currently use the free version and they give you quite a bit of options for being just a free version. When I have the money I will make sure I upgrade my account to a paid version. Plus any other websites I make in the future will be with Webs.com.

I bought a very cheep domain name and ID protection for 1 yr. and it was only $36 my whois is protected and evry thing! almost evry body at my old school had a freewebs and then it got even better as they advanced it and changed it to webs so now its not *****
