Inconsistent product line.
So when it (WOT) is meant as rating for the website why is there bad customer experience as option? Do I buy/get for free (not really: ads, trackers) the site or the products/services/information of site owner? If it was called usability quality or the like then it would clearly reflect it is for the site quality and not what the site owner in the end delivers even if the content is not a physical product or a service which comes to your home.

though windows OS has many viruses out there thats what AV is for.
