As said by others reviewers, the default install program lures you into installing crapware.

Downloading the video convertor will also change unrelated settings on your browser such as your homepage and your search engine. Read the license closely before installing!

Nice program, but the default installer contains crapware (AVG Toolbar and other useless stuff). If you want to download the program only, read the fine print at the bottom: http://www.mirovideoconverter.com/download_win.html#frmSS1.
