The whole site seems suspicious. I searched up their images on Google and it seems like they got all their pics from stock image sites like Shutterstock and Camstock. Here's a link of where they got the picture of their "staff" on the About Us page: ***** Bottom Line: Avoid this website.

The other positive ratings are suspicious as they are posted on the same day and the site seems suspiciously fraudulent due to the details stating that it is Microsoft trusted. However Microsoft has not mentioned any of these kind of sites, use caution in visiting this site.

I'm not sure as to why this site has a red rating, as I cannot see many things wrong with this site. The free removal advice they offer is fine, but the paid service and live chat definitely seems suspicious...
