This is nothing but a RMT bot scam site. Good luck getting your gil, or your money back, because they won't give you any of it.

It's obviously a phishing site. Once you purchase something, they refuse releasing your stuff yet, they will ask info about you. Every single time you purchase something they will ask for different info about you like your location, bank, phone, receipt, linking this and that farming your data bit by bit and by the end of the day they probably will asking your grandpa's grave location and his bank account and password.
Different info on every purchase what logic is this?! None of the similar site doing this kind of thing. Go try somewhere else.
