Is mozilla.com Safe?

Once upon a time, I was a humble and quite ignorant user of Internet Explorer. I never really thought of switching to another browser, as I was currently buying into the idea that IE is all that I'll ever need or want for browsing the web. And so, I kept on going with this ignorant ideal until the IE browser started giving me crap: locking up, crashing, disrupting web page functionality AND having to deal with annoying ads and popups that were basically a fact of life. With Firefox, all these annoyances vanished. No crashes, no lockups, built-in popup blocking functionality, ability to import IE settings, AND the ability to customize the browser into not something for everyone, but for only one: yourself. The best part of all is that you don't have to pay a dime to use the browser, as it is open source. I'll tell y'all one thing for certain: in these times full of uncertainties, Firefox is an absolute among them!

One of the best Web browsers out there (Yes I have tried a lot of them) Way safer than Internet Explorer or surfari (Which seems to have even more Security updates than IE 6 and 7 combinded!) Good site helpful and informative. Lots of optional add-ons For Security and convenience. Just a really cool tool for the internet.

I would never regret the day I switched from IE to Firefox, it just opens so much more possibilities! Though the other browsers may in some circumstances be fasters than Firefox, but the main problem they have are: 1. They are rigid and formal, there's practically nothing you can change, no personalisation, no freedom to surf the web the way you like it. 2. Compared to Firefox, most of the other browsers are unsafe and insecure. But Firefox: 1. Is the MOST manuverable and easy to use web browser ever devised: you can change the theme of the browser, custom manuplation of every line of script in the broswer, add facinating and useful extensions and you can even arrange the bottons on the browser to how you like it! Simple PC users can use add-ons to help them change parts of Firefox, but to computer wizz, Firefox is like a set of Lego blocks and you can change every bit of it! 2. Firefox has proven security and if there is a dangerous website, it stops you and ask to proceed, anti-spam / ad / pop-ups are just the basics, and of course, with WOT and McAfee SiteAdvisor, it's like giving you a suit of invisible armor while you travel online. Overall I'd recommend Firefox any day and Firefox (in my opinion) IS the best web browser ever devised by man.

The best browser of them all! At the moment, it offers the best protection against the click-jacking problem on the Internet right now. To defend against that. Get Firefox and the No Script addon. Firefox is far more secure than Internet Explorer and unlike Explorer is not integrated into the operating system preventing a lot of potential damage. Firefox currently has ZERO existing known security bugs/problems, IE has 7-9! IE sucks no matter what version! Firefox has literally thousands of useful addons while IE's addons can hardly be called addons!
