Is msn.com Safe?

It's personal microsoft network isn't it? I use it for checking some news, the weather in my region and some other crucial stuff. Basically got no major complaints. The only thing I don't really understand is why they exist, cuz they obviously aren't very popular even though Microsoft Network was the pioneer of searching in the net. I mean, the system itself was established due to them and then Google, Yahoo and others started to gain momentum and popularity.

Versatile new platform, actually not only news released by some guidelines, recipes for cooking and anything else. It sometimes recalls of a big landfill, but for me it's not a big minus or smth, the only difficulty is the time one needs to spend to find a gem. I mean... the materials that would be useful and beneficial for knowledge. Sometimes articles aren't that deep as I wish they would be. Nonetheless, thanks to the service and the platform. I am sure many users enjoy their experience as I do.
