Is my3cents.com Safe?

Every single customer review that I checked on this supposedly useful and popular site is jammed full of sharply worded negative comments about the company being reviewed. I have never found a single positive company review on this site. There are also numerous customer complaints, with strangely worded, allegedly official, customer service responses; some of these responses are followed by sharp customer retorts. I have tried to post my positive experiences about companies on this web site several times over many years (because every once in a while a terrible review of one of my favorite companies pops up in a google search) and every time I submit a positive review or try to add a positive comment to a complaint, the 'moderator' filters out my positive feedback. One of my favorite companies that has a 'complaint' registered against it is accused of continuing to bill the customer 'monthly service charges' even after having been notified by email to cancel the service. I use this same service myself and this statement on the 'review' site is profoundly confusing to me, if not downright surreal. I have modified my own service with this company by email with no trouble, and nowhere in their product line do they advertise any service for which they charge a 'monthly fee'. The closest thing I can think of might be a late payment fee or a late payment interest charge or collection charges and court costs, but not a monthly service charge. Their business model is strictly fee-per-service. I just now double-checked my service provider's on-line advertising, and I checked my own account information too, to make sure. Just as I recall, they are indeed a fee-per-service company. As far as I can tell, they have never charged anybody a 'monthly service charge' because it is not their business model to do so, and as far as I know, never was. I ask myself, where did this alleged complaint originate? It is obviously inaccurate. I suspect that this 'customer review' site is dishonest, and possibly full of fabricated stories too. It seems like it might just be a creation from the imagination of someone with a bad attitude, or worse, someone with foul intentions. To tell you the truth, the thought that someone might create a dishonest or even fallacious customer review site seems frankly bizarre to me, but I suppose anything is possible. Don't they have anything more productive to do with their time? I do have to point out that I have had trouble with some of the companies that are complained about on that site, but I have to ask myself, why do my positive comments never make it through moderation? Why are there no positive reviews in evidence on the site? Something is wrong. I just never knew where to point this out before.
