Personally, I don't visit this site, so I can't say that it's safe or unsafe. But many people here are saying that it links to unsafe sites, so I decided to check it out on SiteAdvisor. SiteAdvisor claims it is safe, though when I looked at the download tests it had this as one of the downloads:
bit_che_1_0_60.exe
Generic trojan
Though it still says "In our tests, we found downloads on this site were free of adware, spyware, and other potentially unwanted programs." But it doesn't say that it is linked to any bad sites. OOPS! But wait! It's linked to "doubleclick.net" which ISN'T SAFE, though SiteAdvisor thinks it is. So, I recommend staying away from this site.

Articles are poorly-written - in most cases, due to an appalling grasp of English language and grammar. Spelling is also very bad in places. Articles also seem very haphazard in their content.
