This site is a scam. They tell you on the commercial you can find out who has searched your name, however, upon entering your personal information they want your credit card. Not only that but they don't even have a one month option. You could give them your money and they could tell you Bozo the Clown is looking for you. This site is a scam if you ask me, simply because they lie to you on their commercial and say its free when it is most definitely not free.

Scam of the filthiest type. They first advertised on T.V that this is for Free then after giving them your info.(birth date, e.mail ) they ask you to pay first to access even the simplest search. Do not trust at all.

Led to the site as a source of information. Entered site though there was a RED WOT on its homepage. After reentering name of person whom I am looking for, I am confronted with a pop up window asking for information about me, i.e. membership registration. I am not about to sign up with a site without the opportunity to see if there is any value for me to do so.

You can never be certain if they forward your emails - I want to trust this site and that's why I signed up for the 2nd year. If I don't get a response on emails sent this time - I GIVE UP and will not be renewing. I feel they push for the preminum membership and if the person you are trying to email doesn't have the membership type - your email probably doesn't get forwarded - this is wrong, for if I pay for the preminum I want all emails forwarded - DON"T YOU AGREE?

Read the privacy policy, they share any and all information they can gather about you such as facebook profiles, yahoo profiles and then provides this to advertisers. Things collected and shared are email, demographics via geo locator, phone number, tracking cookies to see what sites you shop etc...I dont recommend providing them with any information. They are also scrupulous in the means they use to get you to go o their site. I was on Yahoo, who is responsible for allowing such advertisers, and a little box stated that someone had searched for me on Yahoo. it showed a picture of a person so i believed it was yahoo related. I clicked on it and was brought to this site and asked to provide my information in order to see who searched for me. Ya right...Scum of the net.

Funny that with all the bad ratings WoT users are giving this site, the BBB(Better Business Bureau) is giving it an A+ Rating. Go see for yourselves what the BBB has to say. I guess YMMV and all that? If you don't want to sign up for anything dont, or use a "throwaway" email addy, if you don't want SPAM. Always be careful whenever giving out information. Read everything and then read it again. Read it one more time before committing to anything. It's just common sense, folks. Jeepers.

This website was designed to obtain your First and Last Names, Age, Date of Birth, Zip Code and FINALLY, your Credit Card Information. With the information prior to the credit card form, it is more than enough for someone to try and check for personal and financial history of anyone. This could lead to identity theft later on. Be very careful.

Another site that offers you much, promises lots, and delivers nothing but a credit card form for you to spend money on NON -Confirmed, Information. seriously, who whould spend money to search for someone when Facebook is available? Just use your real name if you want to be found. Another wasted E-space.

Look at the facts, stay away from anything you suspect as rumor, and to make sure, check it for yourself. You might miss some very good opportunities, and valuable service, if you decide and act rather loosely, or unattentively, and instead hooked on some who might seem best, also because you might not have checked closely, or from different points of view. For that, you have to spend some money, time and maybe take a risk.

I took advantage of their three months for $9 promotion, to look for some disconnected relatives. That worked fine. I've looked at it a couple times to see if anyone was looking for me that I recognized. Since my name is fairly common (Larry Holmes), I wasn't surprised to see quite a few people looking for that name. A lot of people here seem to think that is automaticly the sign of a scam, but, it only searches for the name, not for "you"! HOWEVER, the last time I logged on, I got hit with a full-screen "join our new dating service" pop-up. I meant to click "NO, I don't want to join", but, as I have only one working eye and poor vision in the other, I missed and somehow selected "YES". I called them within 90 seconds, told them the situation, and they said "no problem", that they would cancel immediately; I heard some keyboard noises and then she told me it had been cancelled. Four days later, a charge of $191 was put on my credit card, the cost for 12 months of the dating service! I did not give them my credit card, so they must have taken it from my original order! I don't like that, and I am afraid I may not be able to get them to cancel the charge, based on what I have read here. Besides that, what do I, a fat, mostly blind, 61 year old grandfather, want with a dating site probably filled with barely 20 year old little girls looking for a hot time? The TV ad about MyLife is deceptive, in my opinion; it clearly makes it appear as though you just sign on and look around, but you can't do that. Oh, you can enter a search, but you can't see anything about it unless you pay very high rates for this kind of site. I would not even log in to this site unless you are using an anonymous user id and you are very, very careful about what you click on. DON'T LET THEM GET YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS! The reason I logged on the last time was to try to kill all the email they were dumping on me about a search I did months ago; if you get an email for every hit on a site like this, you are going to get "snowed in" with notices and probably get sold or given to other sites as well.
