It is just that they all carry the inherited reputation of mywebcommunity.org. If you would like your site to rating to not be red, then go and rate your site separately instead of this one as it says here: "This subdomain inherits the reputation of mywebcommunity.org. Leave your rating for a separate reputation." Also if your rating does not improve despite no bad activity from your site, you can request a review (politely. No flaming) on the myWOT forums. Giving reputable reviewers a thumbs down on this site will not improve your rating as they only rate sites negatively when they have the proof that there has been spam, phishing attempts, etc that should be reported to keep people on the net safe. Realize that they reviewed the sites in 2010 when there was something to review negatively. When reviewing your own site don't look at http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/mywebcommunity.org but instead look at http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/WHATEVERMYSITEIS/mywebcommunity.org (Replace what your "WHATEVERMYSITEIS" with what ever YOUR site is and rate there.)
