For the most part, excellent site. The user reviews CAN be trusty at times. However, I say "CAN", because a lot of users tend to give a site a bad rating, either because of something they believe alone, or because ONE thing that the site handlers can't control got ahold of them, therefore it MUST BE AN EVIL SITE (logic from someone who didn't really think properly before writing a major statement).
Ignore the dumb people beating the system like a dead horse, and it can be BEYOND helpful!
One last note, don't ALWAYS trust the pre-set site ratings... there are some sites that deserve a FAR WORSE rating than the one WOT has pre-set, but are seen as "good sites", while several users argue that highly (e.g. Soft32. That is a terrible site, that almost ALWAYS shows up as positive, which I find BS, considering I was a victum of malware from that site at one point or another).

Very useful--however, the Ratings and Comments tend to be Subjective opinions, depending upon the Users' ethics and personal politics, as opposed to Objective truths.
I was initially referred to this site by a friend in IT who was fed up with Symantec and McAfee and all the rest. This was several years ago. I find them reputable, trustworthy and more than helpful. I am not bothered by pop-ups nor unwanted advertising but, then, I have my iMac programmed to avoid many of the things people I see are complaining about. For the price and what you ***** can't go wrong.
I am reviewing a website while using the websites tool, some inception going on there... good site, provides me an excellent service and has sure saved me from a few viruses
