All WOT users can rate sites according to their personal opinions and experiences, exactly like they can have their own opinions in offline world.
Bad service - everyone cat put random comments and nobody even checks if it's true or not. One misleading comment is leading a website to be marked as "malicious".

Every WOT user can rate sites. However all the ratings are going through WOT algorithm and that is how reputations are calculated. This is also the way we protect reputations from manipulations. We do recommend to check here: https://www.mywot.com/en/support/how-wot-works how WOT works.
This IP-Segment has change at the ***** to us ***** and goes now to a new client server - the old review is now longer actual!

Отвратительный сайт, веры нету его рейтингам, рейтинги скорее всего купленные, я делаю такой вывод из-за того что я читаю отзывы например на сайт ***** почти все отзывы там отрицательные и по рейтингу сайт хороший, зато вот например сайт ***** там почти все отзывы отличные, а по рейтингу сайт плохой, КАК ЭТО ПОНИМАТЬ?????

Users are entitled to rate websites however they see fit, and we do not remove ratings by users unless we suspect or have evidence of abuse. Often ratings vary on sites that contain certain topics, but ultimately people are free to rate and express their opinion, as they would be outside of the internet.
