We tell you how much people trust websites, they are the only ones who are qualified to tell you that. If you feel your employer's very popular website has been rated unfairly, you can start a discussion about it on the forum. Unfortunately, a lot of people seem to feel the site uses misleading and unethical tactics to sell their service, hence the unsatisfactory reputation.

I use the app more than the site. It seemed it was slowing down my computer inspecting and maybe reporting on every page I pulled up. I don't know. The app is fantastic and I get rewards on a regular basis for scanning items in stores where I am shopping anyway.
