Is nakedwines.com Safe?

Barely legal in my opinion... 1) once you give them your credit card, you cannot delete it from the system, and if you ask them to do so (which I did) they will say they did, but some simple testing proved to me that they really didn't... so my credit card will be now stored indefinitely in their databases... 2) when you join they automatically subscribe you to a monthly payment... while this is stated in the small prints, it's barely legal if you ask me

This is a company that sells wines. It is debateably suitable for children though the products they supply. I presume that they take caution to ensure that customers are over 18. Despite the questionable name, this site hosts no pornographic content and just has a rather odd title. They are regularly found on leaflets inside British magazine subscriptions.
