The URL itself says a lot about this site: It is the official news site of China, only publishing one-sided articles that glorify the accomplishments of the Chinese Communist Party, while news about other countries is either negative or neutral. COVID-19 news focuses on how successful the Chinese government has been in contrast to how bad it is in other countries. Some protests that occur in the U.S. are reported on, while those that occur in China are invisible. (Good luck finding an article praising the achievement of any country whose government contradicts or criticizes the actions or policies of China's government.) The DuckDuckGo privacy rating for this site is C+ (which is the same as for Facebook). All media allowed in China is heavily censored and biased, while foreign media is banned and blocked in that country.
