This "company" is a total joke. Customer "service" is handled via email, as stated before, and consists of messages from "Melissa, CEO's Desk". Really ??!!?? Legitimate businesses use actually .signatures, as opposed to something like "Melissa, CEO's Desk". The products are junk that does not match the description given, the service is hideous, when it is even existent, and, oftentimes, the products are not even delivered. This "company" is pathetic.
Total scam site, Have to buy points to bid abd then of course you never win a bid.

@HCEarwicker – I also was "mislead" to this site, but when I investigated due to my inner bells going off, luckily I got the heck outta there! But your reference to "Melissa, CEO's Desk" made me LOL! It made me think of the Credit Card commercial when you call for help you get "Peggy" ! ; )

I understand that some people may have a decent transaction with NoMoreRack, but with the many, many bad reviews, why would you even want to attempt your luck? I thought that this was a good site at first because of all the support from news & TV shows like Martha Stewart & (I think) Good Morning America to name a few. But when my wife started checking reviews, it was all a different story. Plus the fact that I tried to get in on an Insanity deal and appeared to have missed it by a minute. Now I realize I never would have gotten in on the deal in the first place. Stay away…. stay FAR away.
I have no idea WHO I am dealing with and since customer service is done completely by email, it's pretty scripted and it would seem their customer service department isn't really empowered to FIX anything.
I've place TWO orders and so far, the first one – a coat valued at over 200 USD was lost. WHY would you ship a coat that valuable and not require a signature??? The second order was addressed incorrectly and got hung up at the Post office. When I contact the vendor I am told that I must call the post office to get my package…um, don't they know that, as the shipper/vendor, they need to correct the error? Why is their mistake now MY problem?
I've been refunded for the Jacket that never showed…If they'd required a signature, I might be able to locate it. Someone got a nice new jacket for free.
Still waiting to hear on the second order. The second order was placed before I knew how messed up the first had been.
I am very disappointed that this site does not live up to its recommendations from all the media hype. Customer service is a sham. I placed an order 12/4/11 and after two weeks wondered why I had not received an email that it had yet been shipped. After some researching I found out it is still in the process of being mailed from "HANGZHOU, CHINA PEOPLES REP" – no wonder it's taking so long. I thought this originated in the U. S. A. I have not received the item yet and now, after reading the previous reviews, question whether the item is of the quality they claim it to be. I know one fact for sure and that is I will NOT place another order (bid). It's not much of a deal if you just bought an inferior product or even receive it. I'm still waiting…
Anything that offers more than a 20% off is a total scam. Very bad customer service. Better save for several years but actually get the legit product from a legit seller.
